FIRE PHO · HUNTINGTON BEACH
A family-owned Vietnamese kitchen two minutes down Edinger Ave from Bella Terra — real 22-hour broth, not another food court stop.
— Location —
Same street. 7451 Edinger, two minutes west of the mall's front edge. Cross Edinger, head west, done.
Deeper inside the center — Costco, the Cinemark — you're better off driving. Still a two-minute trip, just on wheels.
Either way, it's Vietnamese food made in-house, not a food court.
— The Alternative —
We're a small Vietnamese restaurant in Huntington Beach doing one thing seriously: bowls built on broth we simmer ourselves, from recipes passed down in the family. Pho with real depth, and bún bò Huế with the lemongrass-and-chili heat it's supposed to have.
Bella Terra is worth the trip on its own — Costco, Whole Foods, Barnes & Noble, the Cinemark. But its dining leans the way most centers do: quick, familiar, built for volume.
Two minutes west on Edinger gets you something made in-house instead. Same trip, different bowl.
— First Time Here —
New here and coming from the mall? Start with one of these four. All dine-in prices — the full lineup is on the menu.
One protein, classic 22-hour broth. The easy entry point into the pho lineup.
Our flagship: beef ball, rare steak, tendon, brisket & beef rib. Five proteins, one bowl.
Our bún bò Huế — beef shank, rare steak, beef tendon, chả lụa, in a lemongrass and fermented shrimp paste broth.
Six wontons, pork and shrimp filling, tossed in lemongrass chili oil. Good shared while you decide on a bowl.
— Getting Here —
We're in Unit 102, in the strip on Edinger near Gothard — a storefront with our sign out front, and there's usually steam visible through the window. Parking is free, on-site, and separate from Bella Terra's parking structure: no ticket, no time limit, and no walking back across the mall's lot to find your car.
If you're walking over from Bella Terra, head to Edinger and go west; we're on the same side of the street as the mall's frontage. Ordering ahead for pickup is faster than parking twice — place your order online and the bowl is ready when you park.

— Questions —
About a two-minute walk west along Edinger Ave, measured from the edge of Bella Terra's property — not from the parking structure and not from the Cinemark entrance. Driving the same two minutes works too if you're starting from the far side of the center.
No. Fire Pho is a separate, family-owned restaurant on Edinger Ave, about two minutes' walk from Bella Terra. We're not one of the mall's restaurants or food court vendors — just close by.
No — we're closed on Tuesdays. We're open Wednesday through Monday, 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Yes. Order ahead online for pickup, call ahead at (657) 227-3398, or walk in — we also deliver through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, Grubhub and Seamless.
Bún bò Huế is a spicy Vietnamese beef noodle soup from Huế in central Vietnam, built on lemongrass and fermented shrimp paste instead of phở's star-anise broth. We serve it as our Huế Flame.
